INFORMATIONAL TEXT ON THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW
Aydın Group takes the necessary privacy measures to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored and shared in accordance with the law, and to protect your privacy. In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 and in line with your satisfaction, we aim to inform you as transparently as possible regarding the ways in which your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing your personal data, people your data is shared with, the legal reasons and your rights.
1. Scope
This informational text applies to our members and guests, potential members, visitors of our website, users of our mobile application, business partners and suppliers, and other third parties sharing our personal data with our company.
2. General Information on the Law
The Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 was enacted on 24/3/2016 and published in the Official Gazette dated 7/4/2016 no. 29677.
The Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 was enacted to protect fundamental rights and freedoms of persons, particularly the right to privacy, with respect to processing of personal data and to set forth obligations, principles and procedures which shall be binding upon natural or legal persons who process personal data.
